A New Type of Imprint’s interview with Anita Valrygg featured in volume two, “Conversations on Creativity and a Study of Time”.

“My dad gave me a knife when I was eight and on the weekend I would entertain myself by carving wood and making structures out of things I found in the forest. Sometimes I could sit for hours just cutting and carving the wooden sticks I had found and putting them together. I used to study the ant colony by our cottage and I was really fascinated by the way the ants build it. At that age I was unaware of the profession of architecture, but I enjoyed making these weird structures.”
